I ordered a small monument on February 9, 2018 to place next to a bench our neighborhood association placed in our park to honor a dear friend who passed away. I paid and was promised a two week delivery date. I called Wichman's and went by their location several times and never heard back. I am very disappointed in the actions of the Wichman Monument personnel. I paid for a monument on Oct.6 2017. It was supposed to be delivered in 8 to 10 weeks but I haven't seen or heard from them since the first week in January. I was told then that the stone worker had been sick and would be back the following week. I would like to know what is going on? I would also like a Monument or my money back.

Very unethical and unprofessional. Travis Wichman is arrogant and rude. Teresa doesn't seem to have any idea as to what's going on and no one else could help me because, "Mr. Wichman" was out of the office and the other salesman were out on appointments. There should be more than one "Salesman" or as Travis called himself, "Sales Manager" in the office during the day considering I came in at 2:30pm.

Very unethical and unprofessional. ****** ******* is arrogant and rude. ****** doesn't seem to have any idea as to what's going on and no one else could help me because, "Mr. *******" was out of the office and the other salesman were out on appointments. I "HIGHLY" recommend Wichman Monuments. They were very professional and knowledgeable, I honestly wasn't ready to deal with this part of the process but Mr. Trent was amazing and made my visit there pleasant. If you're looking for professionalism go see Trent Wichman. We also asked if his headstone could be veiled and they honored that for us, again thanks. We have actually used them on several occasions and they were very professional every time. Also their work is guaranteed!!!

This company does NOT stop with soliciting calls. I've told them DURING her service when they called the first time not call anymore regarding my aunt. Instead, they reached out to my mother and tried to sell a monument to her. My mother has not handled her death well and I specifically told Wichman Monuments that it had already been taken care of through Rico Monuments and not to call the family. Their response over the phone was, "We've been in business for well over 70 years, blah blah blah." Times have changed. No one wa... read more

It's hard to think that a business goes through obituaries, finds survivor information to call and then tries to find the right person to speak with about buying a headstone. The really great part is that they say they got your number through an "anonymous referral" which I know is an absolute lie. My aunt just died a week ago and called DURING the service! Unethical and money hungry is all they are.

THE STATE OF MIND I WAS IN WHEN I LOST MY MOM,I WAS DEVASTATED...WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GET THE HEADSTONE I WENT TO WICHMAN MONUMENTS!!! THEY ARE VERY CARING PEOPLE! THEY SHOWED ME LOVE,COMPASSION AND REASSURED ME THAT I WOULD BE OKAY!! I have nothing bad to say about the girls in the office but our monuments ha e been payed for for three months a nd still not finished or set . We are getting very frustrated with this company.I have called and called and still get the same runaround it's been next week for three months !!!
