Dr. Patel does extensive testing each appointment to stay on top of my eye health. She explains everything that she sees and her concerns about future developments. She's informed about new technology and has introduced me to very helpful dry eye therapy. She's easy to understand and is good at explaining any procedures that could be helpful in our eye care routine. The entire staff was professional and very pleasant. Every step taken was explained to me. 5 Star service and treatment. So far the best experience with optamalogists I've ever had in 20+ years. It was obvious that cleanliness is a high priority. The front line staff made me feel very comfortable and cared about. The techs explained every test to me as they were taken.
