Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value If you are willing to stay without a fridge for 4 days, losse food more than one time in a year .this is the company to rent from. If you are willing to pay bills for maintenance over something you did not break go ahead. The unit is good but with outdated appliances that they are ready to fix 1000 times but not replace. Terrible Experience - Stay Away! I used to be a satisfied resident at this property, but my experience has taken a sharp turn for the worse. The decline in services and the lack of maintenance on appliances have made my stay here extremely unpleasant. The staff's behavior has been consistently rude and disrespectful, making communication difficult and uncomfortable. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for tenant satisfaction.
