If you are willing to stay without a fridge for 4 days, losse food more than one time in a year .this is the company to rent from. If you are willing to pay bills for maintenance over something you did not break go ahead. The unit is okay but with outdated appliances that they are ready to fix 1000 times but not replace. No emergency maintenance like everywhere so if the AC broke on night or during a holiday its your problem. If you fix it don't think they will reimburse you. This review is of the property management company responsible for *********************************, and numerous other apartment rental properties. The representative (Kristy *******) knowingly rented out an upper-level apartment that had large amounts of water coming in through the walls whenever it rained. The tenant's video documentation demonstrated that the issue was many years old, judging by the wear and tear on the bricks below the improperly maintained gutters outside the wall that the flooding was coming through.... read more

We've been renting from them now for around 4 years. They are a bit of a pain to get a hold of some times and aren't the best at returning your phone calls. Once you do get a hold of them though they are great. I've been renting apartments and houses since I was 18 and Wichita Rental is by far one of the better landlords I've had. The ladies in the office are great and seem to really care. The prices are very reasonable (we've rented two houses from them now). Very dissatisfied, could not get in contact with them after giving them a deposit. No one returns phone calls.
