Ever since they moved from the old location this place has been nothing but a waste of my time because every time you have to call and wait 5 10 or 15 minutes for the guy to make his way up from the back and then go back to look for a while and they haven't had a single thing i was looking for 5 separate times and we're talking regular fastners so I won't ever try this place again. This is definitely not a professional supplier. Maybe you will have better luck.

Gotta question how well the place is being ran when their employees answer the phone by just saying "yeah?". They said they would look to see if they had the item I was seeking in stock, and never called me back. Turns out they didn't have what I was looking for anyways, so I ordered some off the internet.

I have known Tom for many years and he is one of the hardest workers I know. He knows what he is doing and he always tries to give the best customer service he can.
