RecommendedBest staff around. Dr. Durham happened to have a cancellation this afternoon so I didn’t think I could find a sitter, so I ended up taking Kinsley with me. One technician (Erin) held Kinsley while I was getting a couple tests done and they were all so supportive and very caring and to this mommy, it made the whole appointment more enjoyable. We also got Kinsley signed up for an appointment that they do for infants :-)
The customer service was excellent. My glasses were repaired quickly. I highly recommend Wichita Family Vision.

You should contact patients when you are unable to confirm benefits. I worked hard to get my child to their eye appointment, only to be told there's a problem with their insurance. I wasn't even offered to have my child seen with a cash payment. I'm extremely disappointed. It would be nice to receive a phone call from your office manager ASAP.
Very friendly staff! Dr. Sandall works great with my daughter who is visually impaired!
