this place and thier bait switch salesperson along w the sales and gen *** rip off cutmors, wont refund **** down pymt or trade up to another vehicle, its u ****** the car and u are stuck with it, they still have my down pymt and the new vehicle as i left **** off

**************** came in and purchased a new Escape that he test drove and selected himself, signed a contract and never returned to dealership. Wichita Falls **** does not do any Bait and Switch. We are very transparent and upfront. We have called numerous times, left voice messages and even texted for him to contact me so we could unwind this deal. He has never returned a call nor shown up at the dealership since he left here to go clean out his car. We can't refund or unwind anything until he comes back to dealership. If ... read more

Horrible, dishonest leadership and staff. They put 60 miles on my car and tried to gaslight me that it was necessary to diagnose my repair. But they did not acknowledge those miles on my repair ticket. They only put 1 additional mile above the milage I had when the car was dropped off. And they had my car for 2 weeks for a fuel pump!! Do not use this **** Dealership.

Repair Order does only show 1 mile difference from when vehicle was dropped and was a clerical error when closing the Repair Order on our part. All repairs made to a customers vehicle must be driven to verify the customers concern prior to repairing and again after the repair to verify the repair has fixed the vehicle. Depending on the concern the mileage we have to drive the vehicle will vary. We apologize for the error on the paperwork and will use this as a training opportunity to prevent from happening in the future.

I rarely leave reviews, so its unfortunate that I need to leave such a bad one here today. This is the second used vehicle I bought from the Ford house, 3 years apart and wildly different experiences. After having our used Prius for only two days I noticed parts from the undercarriage hanging off with what appeared to be duct tape! We went back twice and twice they said they fixed it. WE PURCHASED A 2017 **** FOR OUR GRANDSON ON 05/29/23.2 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE THE ***** BOTTOM WHERE YOU PUT THE **** CAME OFF ON THE HIGHWAY WHILE DRIVING. THE *** HAD A BUNGEE CORD HOLDING IT TOGETHER. THEY KNEW THIS AND DID NOT TELL **, AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. IT IS COSTING US $500.00 TO FIX IT. I HAVE HEARD HORRIBLE STORIES NOW ABOUT THEM AND WILL NOT BUY THERE ANYMORE.

My vehicle had a flat tire due to a screw being stuck in a side wall. I called around to see if a used tire place had a replacement, no luck. I decided to get new tires since it was about time. I called Wichita Falls Ford since I use them for all work done on my vehicles, they normally have great customer service. They didn't have the new tires in stock but they could be in the next day, Saturday, if I paid in advance. I had no problem with that since my car would be done on Saturday. Absolute worst customer service. Everything is great until you buy a car and are out the door, then they forget who you are. Left our CDs in the CD changer and Troy, who we bought the care from, wouldn't even get the CDs out of the CD changer for us and we live 200 miles away. The used car manager wouldn't even call me back until told him I was going on the review sites and tell about our (true) experience. The final answer was he couldn't find them. We are sorry that we were unable to satisfy your request and recover the CD. It's unfortunate that the CD was left in the vehicle without our knowledge until after the vehicle had been detailed and eventually sold. Our Sales Manager did track the vehicle down to where it is located and called to try and recover your lost CD but it was not in the changer.
