People are disrespectful and rude, place is out dated and there water spots on the walls and ceiling.
the receptionists there should be fired. they are horribly rude. they were so mean to my wife..made her cry and then were calling her names and also a liar. there was no excuse for the way she was treated there yesterday. something needs to be done about them. she said the hygienists and the doctor were great. she waited for 5 hours to be seen and then they bullied her. i dont recommend them at all

Hours listed on the website are M-F 8am-5pm. Was told I needed to call the morning of in order to get an afternoon appointment to get a paper printed out. I just spent over an hour listening to a recording telling me that someone would be with me shortly. After giving up and calling back to speak with the general information line to see if I could come in to make an appointment, I was told that they were "closed today and forgot to turn off their answering system". Shouldn't have to wait on hold for over 45mins to be told appts are filled for the day and that I have to call back tomorrow to have the same thing happen. Have been trying for over a wk now to get my kids updated on shots. Do your jobs!!!!
Really need to rethink how they do immunization appts cause it is a JOKE!!!
