Very friendly, very professional, felt like I was part of a family
Excellent as always!
After having several consultations with Dentists, it was refreshing to meet with Dr. Shaffer who provided a positive, realistic and common sense overview of my needs and set in motion a realistic plan to approach the much needed work that I had put off for years. Instead of offering the most expensive and unrealistic program, it was great to hear the options I could have, not based on price but practical reality. His staff and office atmosphere was professional and welcoming.
Such a friendly and sweet staff! So glad to finally find a great dentist.
In addition to being a great hygienist with a gentle touch, Steve is very personable and puts me to ease every time I to see him. Love the friendly staff, they make me feel like one of the family. The entire atmosphere of the office is great - no stuffy or anesthetic smells! State of the art equipment. What a great experience every time I go! I recommend PS Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for everyone! p.s. I gladly drive 40+ miles to go to see My Dentist!!!
