Dr Shepherd is my new friend and favourite dentist! Such a caring person who took time to listen and answer questions. All staff I encountered were very pleasant.I have already recommended him to another long stay Canadian.
Every time I'm here makes me wonder why I avoided the dentist for so many years. Oh, that's right, most dentist offices aren't like this. But here, everyone is treated like a friend coming to visit. It's actually a pleasure to go to the dentist. And when have you ever thought THAT before?
The quality of service and the technical understanding of this practice is outstanding.
I have been goon to this office for a year now. The staff is always friendly and professional with your best interest in mind. From the time you step in the door to the time you leave, you feel welcome. They understand that your appointment may bring anxiety and they do everything to comfort you. The doctors are by far the best I have ever had, and I have seen quite a few since 1962! The office is state of the art with the latest technology to make your visit the most comfortable possible. I appreciate Dr. Tom taking care to do a perfect job with my teeth. I also appreciate his assistant who is knowledgeable, proficient and personable. They both help me feel at ease during a normally stressful time.

Dr Tom is not only skillfull but has a great personality and Is able to create a sense of ease even with a drill hammering in your head. Diego is top notch and eatablishes an immediate rapport. Trish is annamazing hygenist that I trust completely Peta and Bianca are so welcoming and eager to take care of all of the front of house visit related stuff.
