Went to schedule an appointment, front desk lady told me she is unable to schedule an appointment because she is busy and has a lot of people.
They do have employees that aren’t pleasant, but remain calm ask for a supervisor and I promise it will go better. Speaking from experience, very HELPFUL and give information that doctors sometimes doesn’t want to give
I got there at 8 appointment is at 8. Well by 8:45 no one assistance me for sign or spoke to me. The women that were there at 7:45 and 7:30 were till waiting for sign in too. One woman came after us was spoken to check in and was aassisted. When I walk up politely said excuse me sir i was just ignored. ...... It broke my heart. So I left. they were speaking Spanish i do not.
