Never had an issue with any of the staff till today. The lady was very rude and the supervisor was rude as well. All I need to do is get formula exchanged cause what my pediatrician wanted my baby on didn’t work for her she had loose stool and was spitting up so her pediatrician put her on a different formula. I didn’t realize to exchange a formula and credit my acct would be such a issue for them and the supervisor really didn’t care or like that I told her the First Lady I spoke to was rude!!
