Pésimo servicio no contestan el teléfono para nada solo te dejan en espera y pasan mas de 30 minutos y nada que te hablan
Absolutely ridiculous whoever my friend spoke to was absolutely unprofessional he added someone who isn’t even living with the mother bc he could care to actually listen and asking very rude personal questions like you guys have someone like that working for you? Sad
Spoke to a woman on the phone about getting a replacement card because I have ordered a new one twice and they keep not sending it. She said it would only take 5 minutes if I came down to the office today. I drove almost an hour there and spent money I don't have on gas. When I got there the office was closed. I have no idea why this woman made me drive so far away and why she lied to me. Not everyone has $20 to spend on wasting gas.
Won’t answer phone all my benefits are missing randomly and they can’t be helped to answer their phone. Not the first time this occurred either. In person they can’t do anything either (only phone appointments)..so what do they expect me to do?
