I have no complaints. I went in without an appointment, it’s been almost a decade since I last stepped foot into this place so best believe a lot has changed. I’d highly recommend booking an appointment so you don’t wait long (incase you’re inpatient or in a rush) I however had time & patience. I was greeted and helped in a friendly manner. Came in to replace my card on my lunch Vanessa was very helpful and caring. She helped me set my next appointment and gave me some books for my littles ❤️
This location only got 2stars because the women who work here are friendly and caring. The location is horrible and it takes literal hours to get a case opened and receive your card so just keep that in mind. It ALWAYS PACKED even when they say it’s a slow day it’s still like 20 families in there
By far the best wic I've been to. The staff is great and gentle with the little one 👶 I would travel just to keep going to this location.
