Floyd at checkin was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. Room was awesome and clean. Outside pool area and courtyard are so well maintained and clean. Just a beautiful place. It's a quick walk to the concert venue. We stay here frequently due to going to concerts at Merriweather and never have any issues. My only complaint is every single time we stay here they seem to be doing testing on the fire alarm system and it always goes off in the morning, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. Thanks for another great stay
The individual, Dara, responsible for long term stays is horrendous. The lack of professional courtesy and follow up is extremely off putting. My advice, seek long term stays at another brand.
Difficult accommodations to access. Complicated check in process. If the venue was not adjacent to the Merriweather, I would not have stayed here. Staff was not helpful either- luckily the people who are renting these rooms as apartments were helpful.
This hotel is like a mini apt. Nice clean and very relaxing. Only thing is the directions in the building was a lil confusing but over all great place to stay. Would definitely recommend. Near a lot of restaurants as well.
Nice clean unit, however there are several design flaws, namely in the bathroom. The shower is nice and roomy, however there is NO PLACE for soap! The bottled shower wash, shampoo and conditioner are stored on the sink counter, ACROSS THE BATHROOM! I have to walk out of the shower to get soap and shampoo, or place these items on the shower floor!
