DO NOT rent a home from David Pitts of WHYUSA realty in Cedar Rapids Iowa. He will let you live in slum and do nothing about it. We have had sewage coming through our pipes since August and he will not hire someone to fix it. We have black mold growing in our roof from a roof leak that he refuses to fix. Do not I repeat, do not rent from Dave Pitt's. His maintenance crew is unlicensed. Methodics that have no clue what they're doing. I have rented a house from the last 11 months every 6 weeks. My septic has backed up into my house. I have witnessed him pump raw sewage into the neighboring crop fields. Not calling a licensed septic company. Every job never gets completed.
