When I️ was pregnant and in my third trimester, I️ started having a lot of pain in my mid and lower back. I️ knew I️ needed an adjustment but was hesitant to go to a Chiropractor. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Cooper since they worked together during her pregnancy. Seriously, best decision ever! Her adjustments really helped with my pain. Her methods were gentle and yet effective. She also utilized NET techniques on me whenever I would feel emotional or overwhelmed. I️ would definitely recommend her!
The personal care I have been given by Dr Jen Blok is heartwarming. A car accident turned my world upside down and after struggling physically and emotionally for 3 months I was referred to her. I am 38 weeks pregnant with my second child and had horrible sciatic and lower back pain for about two months, to the point where I almost cried every time I had to walk or move from any position (about an 8-9 on my scale of 1-10 pain wise).
