Unfortunately my fiance has been asking her doctor's office for her medications for days now, the pharmacy says her doctor never sent it or that there was a mistake because they do not have the refill. She has contacted this office multiple times and has been blown off each time by the office clerk. I've been wanting help for so long and actively seeking it for the last decade and didn't recieve the treatment I required and deserved until I switched to this clinic. Really lucky find. Dr. UCHE in many ways is the best- she is smart not to overmedicate but at the same time deeply considers the patient's needs and struggles/symptoms to find an adequate way to manage. Highly recommend all of the doctors here, and the scheduling receptionist clerk is wonderful as well.
Best experience I have had with a psychiatrist office in a very long time! My Dr was very helpful and listened to my wants/concerns regarding treatment options. I recently switched health care providers and Navi was more than helpful and patient with Rx changes and helping me get my prescription ASAP. Huge thanks to him! The entire team is great, I am very grateful for them!
