RecommendedVery good light lunch. Carrot Cake was a bit different, but delicious. If you are going primarily for coffee though, I would recommend Sight Glass across the street.
RecommendedFor a girl with a lot of food intolerances, this bakery was a breeze during my visit to SF last March. I enjoyed the fudgy melt in your mouth brownie that was such a delight. I also liked the Duran Duran music in the backgound :)

Nice, pleasant space. Had a good salad to go. Went back with a friend for a cup of tea and some baked goods. The almond tea cake was ok, nothing special. Their cups were very stylish but have no holders and were hot to the touch so used napkins to hold mine. When I asked for more hot water for my tea (to use with the same tea bag) I was told that they'd have to charge me. For hot water?! Won't be going back in a hurry.
