I went for an inspection sticker and they told me to come back at 1030, since I didn't have an appointed. After waiting an hour, They put a reject stick on my car for a burned out light, a rear windshield wiper, and my bumper had a dent in it. I took the car to a body shop who said my bumper would pass inspection, the light bulb could have been replaced at the time of the inspection, and the wiper blade was just an adjustment of the screw that holds the wiper arm.
