Does not deserve one star. Had to atleast give it one to close out. On Aug 8th 2013 my wife, who happens to be a truck driver made a delivery at this facility in Hot Springs AR. Evedentally, the bill of lading stated that driver assist unload heaters. On her dispatch it did not have any information about it. The person unloading was very aggressive toward my wife, when she called her trucking company to find out that the fee to have her assist in unloading was not paid for.
