2 star review - only company that will make you pay for their own mistake of sending you the wrong part. $60 shipping back to sender, out of pocket, plus a restock fee when their item is recieved. Untrustworthy and shady, the kind of stuff the BBB loves to get complaints about. Fix this issue and my review can detail about it
If I could give zero stars, I would. Hands down this has been the worst customer service experience I have had in the marine industry. I own and operate a small marine service and repair shop in the Midwest. I am not placing $5,000 parts orders every week, but I do order parts regularly. Sometimes it is a large order. A horrible place to do business with. I ordered a semi-custom Taylor Made boat cover using their guide that did not fit. They have stalled the return for 5 weeks, and I still don’t have my money On top of that, they are charging a $58 restocking fee! Avoid them at all costs. I will never do business with them or Taylor Made again!
Horrible customer service. After ordering a part they did not give me and shipping details. I called several times over a weeks time and was told they couldn’t give me any. I finally decided to cancel my order, and was told they were now shipping it out in 5 days, and they were not going to cancel, or refund my money. Do not recommend using them.
