2 star review - only company that will make you pay for their own mistake of sending you the wrong part. $60 shipping back to sender, out of pocket, plus a restock fee when their item is recieved. Untrustworthy and shady, the kind of stuff the BBB loves to get complaints about. Fix this issue and my review can detail about it
If I could give zero stars, I would. Hands down this has been the worst customer service experience I have had in the marine industry. I own and operate a small marine service and repair shop in the Midwest. I am not placing $5,000 parts orders every week, but I do order parts regularly. Sometimes it is a large order.
