If you need a part by a deadline do not use wholesale marine. Paid extra to have parts delivered by a date and they did not deliver. Called customer service and was issued a refund for the shipping but was told they cant hold fedex's hand. Nothing else offered for my trouble
Underhanded and inferior are two of the best words to come to mind if I could give them a zero I definitely would. They have a horrible return policy and a cherry pick what they want to take back and what they don't. Read the reviews because they do not lie. If you're looking for cheaper parts definitely don't go with them they make you pay for shipping on top of all of that. They have been removed from our vendor list. Do yourself a favor read the reviews and avoid this place!
Great Service
It was my first time ordering from Wholesale Marine. I was looking for a seawater pump impeller for my Chaparral and found it easily. The price was very fair (i compared off Amazon too), so I thought I'd try them out. The item came promptly with a link to see shipping progress. I got it installed and am happy all the way to the lake!
Parts supply is great. Shipping and receiving to my home was very good. I’ve ordered several times as I like their customer service they are very helpful.
