Day 8 after purchase and the shipping label was just created. Wish I would have ordered from somewhere else. If your looking to get parts one your boat fast, don’t consider this place.
Terrible return policy they make you pay for the shipping back and then when they receive it they don't tell you call you or refund your money. you have to go out of your way and call them and read them the tracking number from your shipper to prove they have it just to get your money back.... they've had my part for over a week now and still won't give me my money, terrible customer service Side not : the box my prop came in was beat up but the prop was unharmed
Placed an order for 4 parts to make a kit. They shipped 3 without any knowledge of when the 4th would ship. Manufacturer says 4th part might be available in 90 days. They won't take it back or cancel the order. This is the activity of a dishonest business.
Flagged for fraud by their "fraud department" with no ohone call, verification, or email, called and spoke with them and was told it was because I ordered through my smartphone. Reordered, and charged a second time with no order verification sent, now just over $7,000.00. $3500 on its way back, the other $3500+ is charged and they are saying it isn't... currently receiving texts thanking me for my order. They are kind of a mess to deal with. Going to have to dispute through the credit card company.
Tried to order a trolling motor, but their system couldn’t process the order. Placed 3 separate orders (including having the agent place the order for me), but after 3 phone calls and 3 days wasted they told me they couldn’t take my order. Now I’ve got $10k in credit card charges, lost a weekend of fishing, and still don’t have a trolling motor.
