Placed an order for 4 parts to make a kit. They shipped 3 without any knowledge of when the 4th would ship. Manufacturer says 4th part might be available in 90 days. They won't take it back or cancel the order. This is the activity of a dishonest business.
Flagged for fraud by their "fraud department" with no ohone call, verification, or email, called and spoke with them and was told it was because I ordered through my smartphone. Reordered, and charged a second time with no order verification sent, now just over $7,000.00. $3500 on its way back, the other $3500+ is charged and they are saying it isn't... currently receiving texts thanking me for my order. They are kind of a mess to deal with. Going to have to dispute through the credit card company.
Tried to order a trolling motor, but their system couldn’t process the order. Placed 3 separate orders (including having the agent place the order for me), but after 3 phone calls and 3 days wasted they told me they couldn’t take my order. Now I’ve got $10k in credit card charges, lost a weekend of fishing, and still don’t have a trolling motor.
If i could say 0 stars I would. I ordered a new cover for my Nitro 901 CDX. The site said IN STOCK, and shipping in 5 to 8 days. Not a cheap cover, and very badly needed. Two weeks and several heavy rains later I had received no new email considering shipping so I decided to call. "Oh, it looks like the manufacturer discontinued that cover.
