We had our entire house remodeled and we used Guy Blain and Wholesale Flooring Resource. They were very good with customer service and that's why we chose to use them. They tiled our entire home including backslashes, bathrooms, fireplace hearths, etc. Within a short period of time, the grout and caulk started separating from the tile. This isn't a big problem in the kitchen or laundry room, but has caused all sorts of problems in our showers. EVERY SINGLE SHOWER HAS WATER IN THE WALLS.
