I have mixed feelings on writing this review. We like the flooring itself. When the floor was first installed, the only complaint we had was on the door trim being too short. But within a month, there were cracks in some of the planks as well as some planks shifting, leaving gaps. After messaging the owner about the cracks (which became much worse, plus new chips) a few times over a couple years, I finally messaged again, indicating how bad it had all gotten.
