Poor quality tile. First year cracks in the kitchen just from a glass cup falling never seen that before. And another in my bathroom cracked just from walking on it. I will never come back. Cant wait to tame all tile out and put great quality tile in not this crap.

Customer service and Product knowledge ... The variety of Hardwood .... there are different qualities ....For example its not just RED OAK SOLID ....there are low cost floors the competitor carries with short boards,mineral streaks, warping pits in finish with only 5 coats of urethane compared to 10 with aluminum oxide....which makes for a longer lasting harder finish.... The competitor only carries one grade for all there species of wood thats why is so cheap because all the wood is one grade. And the cheap stuff the compet... read more
