Lerma is AMAZING!!! Very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns clearly before deciding on the appropriate massage technique and focus area. She takes a holistic approach to massage so there's an overall health improvement focus. She is very accommodating as well. She uses multiple methods to help you with tightness, knots, pain etc. Both my dad and I have been a regular with Lerma and hope to continue on with her. She has really helped ease our body pains! I'm excited for her to keep growing her business and offerings!
