I followed my therapist from another practice here and I am so happy I did. Not only is Carmelle great, but the practice has always been helpful when it comes to insurance changes and general questions. Definitely great option for all types of therapy needs, but as a LGTBQ woman in her 30s I felt I found people who understand me and my life experiences
I have never experienced such unprofessional therapist!! My child who is not even a client of this therapy clinic was subjected to a stressful traumatizing situation due to Therapist Makenzie Ryan and Danielle Fern Biased opinions based on my step children’s therapy sessions. My step children have been in countless sessions making zero progress as their personal lives are not even being discussed but instead my child’s home life who has nothing to do with this clinic.
I had a job interview during a snow storm and drove an hour and half to get there just to be informed when I made it they won’t take me because something came up. They shared they reschedule the interview but never even reached backed out to apologize for wasting my time. Super unprofessional and just disrespectful. I never had that done to me to where they couldn’t even spare 5 minutes nonetheless see my face.
