Competent and compassionate, Dr. Halsey is the best. She took great care of our pups when they had life-threatening diseases. My wife and I couldn't recommend Dr. Halsey more highly.
Dr Laura is first and foremost kind and respectful of your pet. She takes time to get to know them in their environment before jumping for an exam. She is detailed and deliberate in her examinations. She also explains in common language her findings with steps you can take to improve the situation for your pet. She is prompt and will provide a full summary of your pets examination. What a great thing to be able to offer your pet, a way to get cared for in your home where they feel safe and comfortable.
Dr. Halsey has been my vet since 2012. My pets have always had the best care with her. We've been through quite a bit together over the years. Off the top of my head we have had: a broken tooth with an abscess, an epileleptic dog we manage successfully through diet, a random horrible unexplainable dog illness, and she coached me through the loss of my cat. I highly recommend her. We are very luckly to have a vet like her.
