Office staff took MONTHS to finally return calls and schedule us. Then when we took my daughter to see their play "therapist", Carmina, felt like she was just super weird, distant, arrogant, and tried to talk to us as if she knew all about my daughter but none of what she said made any sense at all, fed us numerous inaccuracies about basic things about my child along with wild opinions about what she was going through. Our daughter told us afterward she barely talked to her during their play session. Total waste of time.
Miss Rachael is absolutely awesome with my kiddos! I fully trust everything about her! My kids are always ecstatic to see her! Give her a raise, ASAP!
I am giving 4 stars due to how long the process takes to been evaluated and then set up with a therapist. As well as being able to reach out to cancel appointments if need be. Process seems like it has to many steps and not enough communication. Other then that the therapist are amazing. My son has had speech and OT evaluated here. As well as getting his Autism diagnosis here. We are finally in for OT and he is loving it so far. Excited to see what this does for him in the long stretch of things. We LOVE Whole Kids!! My daughter sees Cara for OT and it has been an amazing help to our whole family. We have learned so many ways to help my daughter at home and the difference has truly been life changing. I know they have been going through some transitions within the company but I promise you that if you are patient with their changes you will be so thankful. We have been to several other places for ABA and other therapies and this has been the best experience of all of them!!
My daughter has been coming to see Mrs. Nicole at whole kids and have seen so much amazing growth. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and the amazing therapist that Mrs. Nicole is. I am currently working on getting my other two children in as well! I value the company and all they have to offer. I am so grateful to have all of the resources in one location!
