The technician who installed our lights initially cancelled on short notice due to weather which is understandable and their customer service rep made up for it by promptly booking another date and time. Wished they provided more warning but aside from that everything went well.
My experience with this company has been great. we purchased a furnace from them over a year ago, on the leasing plan. The sales person that came to my door was nice, polite and patient with all my questions. They did not push or prod for the sale in any way. The technicians that installed my furnace was extremely professional and clean. I was quite impresses at the care they took taking my old furnace out. Never ever go to this company, its full of liars!!! had a horrible experience with these guys.Took a rental tank and furnace and it turned out to be a nightmare.They promised us saying we ll be paying $100 a month but we paying almost $200 extra every month.Once they said they ll give us a cheque as a reimbursement and that bounced too!! and had to wait months to get another cheque.And on top of it they didnt do a proper job of returning our old rental tank to the previous company and we were charged $700 as penalty for thei... read more
Friendly and professional. Technician arrive on time and did a great job fixing my air conditioning. Great service, will definitely go with them in the future. Highly knowledgeable and helpful in every way.
Great company, would highly recommend. Reasonable pricing and amazing service. I'm not sure about others, but I had a great experience when they came in to replace my furnace. They got me a new one and installed it within the week. Give them a try.
