We used Whole Home Inspections twice during our recent home search. As first time home buyers and new parents we were so pleased to have someone who was extremely thorough and had our family’s safety in mind. I am purchasing a house in North Phoenix that looked immaculate, so much so that I almost skipped on a home inspection. David was extremely thorough and knowledgable, and he provided me with a detailed report that I could take back to my seller and request the necessary repairs. David is a professional in every sense of the word!
David was very helpful, went over everything with us and explained in detail what needed to be fixed as well as recommendations for things we might want to change ourselves. We were from out-of-state (Seattle area) and very happy with the service he provided. Gave us tremendous peace of mind and took away any anxiety we had over buying a 30 year old home. As an investor I was looking for a professional, detailed inspection company that will be easy to work with from scheduling the appointment through performing inspection to explaining the final report. David's inspection report was very thorough and detailed. He also did a full physical walk-through of the house and answered all of my questions. David is very passionate about his job, he went over all the pictures he took and explained everything in great detail. He then walked the entire property with me and went over the items he found that had issues.
