We’ve had Whole Hog Cafe for two holidays now (Memorial Day and 4th of July), and the food was amazing both times. This is my new favorite Springfield barbecue. Love all the meat, and the burnt end cheesy corn is to die for.

This is my go to bbq in Springfield and why not? They’ve been in business for what seems like forever. And I’ve never had a bad experience in the joint. Thanks for all the bbq nachos you’ve stuffed my gut with!!
