Locals love our baby-back ribs, which use the same recipe that took us to the finals in the 2000, 2002, and 2008 Memphis-in-May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. Another wildly popular dish is our slow-smoked pulled pork, which we rub with our secret spice blend before smoking for 15 hours with pecan wood. Or try our tender beef brisket or succulent pulled chicken. You can try any of our meats by themselves or on a sandwich, or atop a Loaded Baked Potato, cheese-smothered nachos, or even a salad! my only stop in Little Rock to eat.
i grew up on Texas smokehouse BBQ, and was nervous to try it, but a friend recommended it, and their potato salad in particular. I never eat restaurant potato salad, but I don't regret trying this one. She did not lie -- it was amazing.
Good environment and food taste great.
The food was fantastic! Loaded baked potato.
Waited over 10 minutes for our order only to get back to the hotel and it be wrong. I even watched the person packing it up go over the order as he packed it and we were still missing several items. First and last time going here.
Was okay, they overcharged me for a drink even though I bought the meal. I complained and they said they would fix it and then ignored me. I will not return to this location.
The food was delicious BUT all of the yelling by someone in the kitchen ruined the meal. I couldn't even hear the radio playing because some woman was yelling about how someone else was talking to her daughter. Personal drama needs to be handled better than that.
Delicious as usual! I drive the extra miles for their cheesy corn!! The ribs were wonderful. I also love, love, love the potato salad!! The restaurant is always clean and comfy and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Tried another location in the city and wasn’t great, was talked into trying this one as it was the hub of Whole Hogs in Little Rock. Absolute class place, food was excellent, BBQ sauce was great. Love the family feel, grab your own cutlery and enjoy the meal environment with no stress of a sit down restaurant. No one checking in on you every two minutes, just quality grub with super friendly staff. Love it! Will be back soon, really soon.
