About this business

Locals love our baby-back ribs, which use the same recipe that took us to the finals in the 2000, 2002, and 2008 Memphis-in-May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. Another wildly popular dish is our slow-smoked pulled pork, which we rub with our secret spice blend before smoking for 15 hours with pecan wood. Or try our tender beef brisket or succulent pulled chicken. You can try any of our meats by themselves or on a sandwich, or atop a Loaded Baked Potato, cheese-smothered nachos, or even a salad! And top it all of... read more

Ordered the platter that comes with 3 meats, ribs, 3 sides and 2 rolls. Sounds like a good deal, right. We ordered 2 beef brisket and 1 chicken double side of potato salad and French fries. Well the lady that took my order didn’t order what we requested instead what we got was double chicken, single brisket, Mac and cheese, baked beans and 1 potato salad and only 1 roll. Pretty good BBQ for a local. Ribs and sausage were spot on. Brisket and chicken was a little dry compared to the moist TX BBQ I’m accustomed to. The style is slightly different here. More seasoned rub then sauce basted so its not dripping and tender. The slaw, potato salad and smoky beans were good sides. Loved the choice of six sauces. Wide range from sweet, tangy, spicy to mustard and sour vinegar. Good wholesome family joint with big value servings so come and enjoy.
