I've been a patient for 2 years. I just went to my portal to schedule my annual bloodwork and renew my prescriptions to find out they switched to a membership doctor's office where we have to pay $300 a year to be a patient there. Just to be a patient. What a blatant money grab and terrible communication to current patients as this change happened 6 months ago and I didn't know.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice, and Tara Hughes. I am so thankful I found this place. I have been going there, for three years. This past year has been medically challenging. Tara has been there every step of the way. Treating me with empathy, compassion and knowledge. I was a patient at this practice for about a year, I think, looking for help with an undiagnosed autoimmune process. Despite having good health insurance for the duration of care, I still spent well over $100 every time. They are constantly selling unnecessary (and inordinately expensive) vitamins, blood work, require meds to come from compounding pharmacy, and attempting to upsell to other tests, none of which are covered by even the best insurance--like food allergy testing, at the cost of $1200.
