Whole Heart helped me keep my elderly father with dementia home as long as possible. They are a company who seems nearly as interested in their clients care as the family. Their communication was excellent and never left us hanging. Maggie and Richelle were delightful, kind and compassionate. Thank you all so very much.
Some of the caregivers were good, One was fantastic, a couple were really not. And I’ve been trying to get an accounting from them for months. They don’t return my calls promptly. At this point I would have to not recommend their services.
My mother passed just as Whole Heart was about to commence 24/7 care for her, but if the calm kindness and reassurance backed by experience I saw are any indication… You won't find a better elder care in the Rogue Valley. Laurieanne and Crystal were always available to answer questions, or for helpful guidance as I negotiated the swift changes in Mom's health and various Drs. and hospitals. Highly recommend.
The support I have experienced and the care my mother has received is a direct result of answered prayer. It is clear to me that this is not just a business, but a ministry and I thank Jesus for the people who serve Him and their clients at the threshold of eternity!
The way the management operates this business should be illegal! The caregivers are good.
