Huge thanks to Edalene at Whole Health Pharmacy! I ran into an issue where my medication wasn't approved by my insurance, and I honestly didn't know what to do. Edalene stepped in, worked through it with me, and found a solution — she was kind, patient, and really went out of her way to help. I've had mixed luck reaching the pharmacy on other occasions, so it made a real difference to know Edalene was there and willing to help when it mattered most. Ishe's a great asset to the team. Super horrible at all. Is this place a pharmacy for real!?!? How can they get a license! I try to get the pill which already is approved by insurance. However, they told me to pay over $2000! How ridiculous! I double check with my doctor and insurance, they all told me I only need to pay $25 maximum. When I contacted Whole and mentioned I already checked. They hanged up the phone!
