Super horrible at all. Is this place a pharmacy for real!?!? How can they get a license! I try to get the pill which already is approved by insurance. However, they told me to pay over $2000! How ridiculous! I double check with my doctor and insurance, they all told me I only need to pay $25 maximum. When I contacted Whole and mentioned I already checked. They hanged up the phone!

The distribution and delivery practices of Whole Health Pharmacy are flawed. In the 7 or so months I have relied upon them to provide me with my medication, about 40% of the time I have had to call them twice or three times to carry out the order and delivery. Their means of communication and execution of orders is inefficient and despite my repeated attempts in suggesting they make improvements, they take NONE OF IT to heart. I’ve been a patient at Whole Health for over a year and consider it some of the best medical care I’ve received. They are prompt, and their probably the best in the business. They treat you like family. I highly recommend this place if you need to undergo the infusion procedure—this is the place to go.
