Aaron Lambert and the WHNC staff are exceptional. If you have any nutritional issues, don't waste your time and go to anyone else. Everyone that I've referred to his office has gotten the best results in terms of improving their health and addressing any nutritional imbalances/deficiencies. I've know Aaron for several years now, and I can't speak more highly of him. I had a pretty good handle on proper nutrition, but Aaron has taught me how to fine tune my diet. He genuinely cares about the ongoing health of each and every one of his clients. Help yourself and let him help you. There is no time like the present to feel better. JUST DO IT!!!

I've been working with Aaron since last May, and I can truthfully say I can not remember how long it's been since I've felt as well as I do today. I've changed my diet; eliminated medications, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, grains and lost 42 pounds. I no longer have joint pain and can climb stairs easily. On the medical side I no longer take BP medications, and have reduced Cholesterol number by 47 points, HDL numbers by 32, and blood sugar number to below 90.
