I started here a year ago, and the quality of my health has improved in many ways as a result. Perfect example.....I’ve been walking 5k races, and I recently walked an 8k. My finishing time for that race compared to a 5k I walked last November showed I had taken 26 seconds per mile off of my time, AND I walked 2 miles further! I’m healthier, happier and continuing to reach my weight loss/ getting healthy goals. I encourage you to contact WHNC, they certainly have helped me......maybe they can help you, too.
