WHNC takes the time to make a nutrition plan that is customized to your personal needs. They give you suggestions on how to incorporate new foods into your diet, and everything is done very gradually. 5 months later, I have no trouble sticking to the changes we made and am feeling better than ever!
I've been going to WHNC for 4 months. When I first went I was desperate for help. I had been diagnosed with colitis and had been sick for 8 months. Whenever I ate I felt nauseous and had to run to the bathroom with diarrhea. I had diarrhea multiple times a day. Because of all the diarrhea I had no energy left in me!! Finally after seeing Aaron every week for 4 months, I'm my old self again. No more diarrhea and I have a lot of energy again. I wish I didn't wait so long to go to WHNC.

I've been going to WHNC about 4 years now. When I first started going I was very fatigued and could barely walk around without feeling like I was going to drop.
