Walked into this clinic today and saw dr. Labib. Wait time was very short and the doctor was so kind
Just ok... First the good. Place is very clean, reception is clear and polite and the dr is very professional. It's usually pretty easy to book an appointment. Notice I said book an appointment. Not get seen... It does not matter if they aren't busy. They are ALWAYS running behind.. (despite the site literally saying they have a strict one issue per visit/ cancelation after being 15m late specifically to avoid being behind. Literally EVERY time I or my gf have gone, we have waited over an HOUR despite booking an appointment.... read more
Dr. Chidi is an outstanding family doctor — kind, patient, and truly listens. I never feel rushed. Explains test results thoroughly and makes sure everything is clear. The medical clinic is amazing with a wonderful staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. Scheduling appointments is seamless and stress-free.
