Highly recommend this practice - especially if you are dealing with childhood food allergies. Dr. Fraser, Mollie, Lara and the entire team helped us navigate multiple food allergies for our little one starting from the time they were 7 months old. The entire staff - from the front desk to the clinicians were so warm and caring. We've been bringing our children to this practice for about two and a half years, and we can't recommend them highly enough. We started when our oldest was just 7 months old with several food allergies, and we now bring our second child here as well. We highly recommend Whole Family Allergy & Immunotherapy. Their entire team is knowledgeable, organized, responsive and kind. Our son has been doing oral immunotherapy with them. We are so grateful that oral immunotherapy exists for food allergies and that the WFAI team makes the process as manageable as possible!

While I do believe the team sincerely cares about its patients, I made the difficult decision to leave the practice due to recurring instances with unclear instructions, bills, and contradictory information. Leaving an appointment with one outcome from the provider, then receiving differing follow-up from the office resulted in a confusing patient experience. As someone who wants to manage their care properly, consistent communication and clear instructions would have made all the difference in my decision.
