In giving this salon just one star, I am being generous. I was at Aveda to have partial highlights done to my hair, which is a service I've had done at least a few dozen times previously at other salons in New York, and Southern Connecticut (where I'm originally from) before relocating to Florida. I decided to try Aveda because of it's close proximity to my place of residence.
