Terrible experience with Whole Aveda. On May 15 I had an appointment with Kalina for a massage. Somebody from Aveda called my mobile phone and stated Kalina was sick and was going home which I completely understand. The Aveda person on the phone said that she would try to make another appointment for me but needed to call me back after checking for availability. In giving this salon just one star, I am being generous. I was at Aveda to have partial highlights done to my hair, which is a service I've had done at least a few dozen times previously at other salons in New York, and Southern Connecticut (where I'm originally from) before relocating to Florida. I decided to try Aveda because of it's close proximity to my place of residence.
