I came in with flat brassy hair and wanted to do something to grow my natural light brown color out. She was awesome! I got a reverse balayage and everyone everywhere I go will not stop talking about my hair! She made it look natural and thicker too. The different tones she did really pick up light and shadow. Also you have your own room there not a packed salon shared with tons of people and can watch fun music videos and movies while she works! She’s very personable and sweet too. Thank you Jeannie!
Jeannie did a wonderful job with my hair. I was skeptical that she could get my hair how I wanted and she got it! She's so sweet too. My hair is so black and I wanted purple!!
Just had my hair done here and she did exactly what I wanted. Most people don’t understand when you want to go blonde but not Dolly Parton blonde she nailed it.

Texted twice and called once over the course of a week to double check this stylist's availability, waiting a couple of days between each attempt. Zero response. Customer service starts with and includes replying to inquiries. If you can't be bothered to give the courtesy of even a two-second response, you're going to be rated accordingly.
