Chef Paula is absolutley incredible! I've been with her for 4 months and never fails to make the most delicous food. She works with your dietary needs, likes, and schedule- can't recommend her enough!

My wife works long hours for the family business so I had Paula cook for her birthday week: Moroccan Lamb Tagine (stew), Chicken Breasts with Lemon and Garlic, Quinoa with Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Leeks and Slivered Almonds and Mulligataway Soup. Delicious! Paula brings her own equipment on a cart and leaves the kitchen cleaner than when she arrived (especially if you have teenagers). Thanks Paula! She loved it. Jim & Tina Clarke

I embarked on the "Transform 21" program, and had very specific dietary needs. Paula came to my home and cooked me meals for 20 days, using her own kitchen appliances and utensils. The only thing she needed from me was a cooktop and a few electrical outlets! Her food was delicious, economical, and saved me a great deal of time. She did the grocery shopping and used every ounce of food she purchased, no waste whatsoever. I would definitely call upon Paula again to cook for myself and my family.
