I was very satisfied actually more than just satisfied. The customer service is top notch. They will give you tips on which carpet to buy to help you choose. So we had priced Menards carpet and for a couple of cents I literally mean cents more you can get way better quality carpet with softness. Very nice to have a locally owned carpet store that truly knows all about carpet and can help you make decisions.
Owner is very friendly, and easy to work with. Has a great selection of flooring options.
