Great options and bulk pricing available for just about any landscaping product you may need. But they have a terrible customer service policy when it comes to returns or exchanges. I accidentally bought the wrong color much, three bags of it. I wanted to exchange the two unopened bags and was told that no returns or exchanges can be done without the original printed receipt.
