EDIT: I am editing to add a note that after posting this review they did reach out to try to address my concerns, and for that I concede an additional star because it seems they want to improve for residents. However, there isn't much that can be done to alter parking or update the apartments without renovating. The original review is below. very good resident. best place in victoria, quick response from office , very co operative maintenance persons , safety and security the main things we we can get here , we live here more than 7 year , , never had any problems. manager miss hope always help us . overall this is a peaceful living property.
A wonderful experience. The only apartment complex that leaves me with no worries. Kudos
We have lived here for almost 5 yrs. And we love it. Good landlord and maintenance and especially privacy with gate key cards.
