My sister and I attended the Tour de Taco yesterday in Uptown Whittier and enjoyed our time there. We went to 5 cafe/restaurants and ate tacos and gotta say we were not disappointed. This was nice to expose us to the cafes/restaurants. If it wasn't for this tour we never would have gone or known of these little gems. We went to Phlight, Spin, Vintage Cafe, Pescadora and JC Tacos (Not sure of exact name) but the tacos were tasty. Looking forward to next year!
I have been going to the Summer kick off Whittier Car Show for quite sometime now and yesterday's show was ok. There weren't any food vendors, as in the past and not as much entertainment in the past. The cars were nice but there was still plenty of room left on Greenleaf and side streets to accommodate more cars and/or food vendors. Hopefully next year will be better.
It was a very interesting and great, love all uptown’s events�
Super disappointed in last nights sonata. Called the day prior to ask what time Santa will arrive. I was told 4-4:15. I showed up 330 to get a spot in line. Santa showed up at 5!! Plus no helpers or printer for pictures. More waiting. I took my own photo and left. Whole experience was badly mis managed
Im not a resident but let me tell u i never miss there event so welcoming residents and such positive attitude my kids love everything about this association
