Giving a star for the reception and intake nurse who were very kind and lovely. The physician was very dismissive and gave me practically no solution that I could not have figured out myself. I told him I could not take a certain medicine and so he “prescribed” me another one that I told him did not help me previously. It was a basic OTC medicine which is currently doing nothing for me. My co-pay isn’t even much at all but it wasn’t even worth that. Google remedies helped more.
Doctor Baggo is great and thorough. Caring! It is his office staff that leaves much to be desired. Talking about incompetent! WOW! You cannot get to the doctor to get a simple referral, because the girls put you on hold to so-call check your insurance and never come back to answer the phone. When you hang up and call back, you get a recording each time. I called back 4 times after being on hold for 10 minutes. Too much for patients to unnecessarily endure. Ridiculous!
