First off all this place does not look like the pictures posted online, everything looks like it's 50 years old. Its clean but all the furniture and equipment are outdated, It didn't go well I was called in to the room and waited for 30 minutes and they were not busy so I went and asked how much longer. Doctor came in and told me I had a virus and I told hin I had just gone to another urgent care and was feeling worst, that I was coughing at night mucus has started up ears and throat hurt. Front desk is nice and helpful and doctor is very efficient. The TV is playing High School Musical so it keeps my daughters from getting bored👍
Every time I visit the location in Washington Blvd. the front desk personal, and the nurses in the back are very friendly, always have a smile,and make you feel comfortable. They are caring and helpful
I came to visit for the first time and they were kind and efficient. I had arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing and they still made me feel welcome.
I walked into this clinic after confirming with them that they could accept me as a patient. The front desk was nice and the woman who took my vitals was great and a good listener when I explained why I was there. The problem was with the nurse practitioner. When I explained my allergic reaction to her in detail she cut me off when I was speaking and said she thought it was eczema. But when I explained to her that I've had eczema before and this is completely different. She insisted I was wrong and started giving me attitude... read more
